ID Proof Requirement

As per Government Regulations, it’s mandatory for all guests above 18 yrs of age to carry a valid (Indian govt approved) photo ID card & address proof at the time of check-in without which check in may be denied.

In case Check-In is denied by the hotel due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as No Show.

Early Check-In

• Early Check-In - Early arrivals before 9 am will be charged 50% of room rate.

Late Check-Out

• Late check-out between 1.00 hrs & before 5.00 hrs will be charged 50% of room rate.
  In case of check-out after 5 pm, guests will be charged one night room rate

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made within 48 hrs prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled within 48 hrs of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent of one night’s accommodation charge.

No Show Policy

The hotel is authorized to charge no show retention of the entire amount including taxes in case of no show/ no arrival of guest.

Children Policy

• All children under the age of 7yrs can stay free of charge with parents when using existing beds.
• Children above the age of 8yrs would be considered an adult with or without extra bed.
• Guests under the age of 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult.

Extra Bed Policy

• Minimum Extra Bed charges are Rs.1250 +12% GST (Rs.1400 Net).
• Extra Bed charges can increase depending on the room type & availability, only one extra bed is permitted in one room.

Rebooking Policy

In case of rebooking or extention, a rate difference may be payable for the change as per the prevailing rate applicable for the rebooked date/ room type and subject to availability.

Any additional charges or rate difference for the modified reservation can be paid through the same payment mode / card as used form original reservation.

Interconnected and Adjacent Rooms

Booking of Interconnected or Adjacent rooms are subject to availability on the day of the arrival. No guarantee regarding the same can be given beforehand. The same policy applies in case of King Size Beds & Twin Beds/ Valley view & City view.

Advance Payment

100% Advance is to be given at the time of check-in.
